New Deadly Delta Strain of COVID 19 likely to dominate the world

         The most contagious variant of covid is the Delta and also termed 1617.2 which was discovered in December 2020 in India. Now, this variant is responsible for most of the covid cases in the U.K and it is speculated that it will also dominate the United States.      The new delta variant had reached almost 80 countries and caused travel restrictions in many of these countries. The contagious nature of this variant of covid has raised concerns about the efficacy of existing vaccines and the importance of analysis of delta variant is increased.   Delta strain of covid spread more rapidly.      As mentioned above Delta variant had reached 80 countries and in the U.K cases of Delta variant surpassing the Alpha variant.   THE NEW MUTATED FORM OF COVID 19 COULD DECREASE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF VACCINES.   New South African strain of covid 19 could decrease the effectiveness of Pfizer / bio n tech vaccine. This is revealed   in the research in Israel. The research is conducted on the persons who have taken the single or a double dose of the vaccine and then data is compared with the patients of covid 19.   The persons who have taken a double dose of the vaccine were infected eight times higher than the persons who were not vaccinated. According to the researchers, the South African strain of covid 19 could decrease the effectiveness of the vaccine.
